Summit Line Construction was a large part of a ~14-mile, 161-kilovolt transmission line project in the Riby, ID area. This project was completed for Idaho Falls Power (I.F.P.) and Rocky Mountain Power (RMP). The project started early 2021 and was completed earlier this year (2022).

This line was a significant addition to the Idaho Falls, ID area’s electrical infrastructure adding needed system redundancy. This new line provides service to both I.F.P. and RMP customers. This project was in the works for decades.

Summit Line Construction is a privately owned entity, specializing in transmission and distribution projects throughout the United States. Its corporate office is located in Heber City, Utah.
